Creek and Sandra Day O’Connor High Schools are invited to apply for the Rotary Club of Anthem’s annual scholarship. Each recipient will receive a $1,000 award based on academic performance, service to the community, personal merit and leadership.

This is a great time to tighten water usage anyway, as the second wave of rate increases takes effect Jan. 1, 2012. Expect the third wave to hit this time next year.
