Allen and Carolyn Rodgers filed a formal complaint on Monday, Jan. 25, in the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County, against The Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Phoenix; St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Roman Catholic Parish in Anthem and the Anthem Community Council, Inc. The complaint challenges the alleged actions of the Anthem Community Council leading up to and including the granted “variances” stated in the St. Rose Proposal. io
