Recent home buyers, bargain hunters and those just looking for a new dining table or bedroom set, will soon be able to acquire a model home luxury look at radically discounted prices. Luxury Home Staging, Inc., has consolidated three warehouses into a single outlet in Anthem on N. Vision Way, formerly Don Mar Furniture.

The overflow of inventory, retired due to minor scratches and dents or replaced by updated styles, will be sold at bargain prices during a monthly tent sale, said owner Sally O’Donoghue.

Luxury Home Staging furnishes model homes and high-end homes in order to shorten the length of time the homes are on the market, and to maximize the final sales price. (The higher price and quick sale more than make up for the cost of staging, O’Donoghue says.) While staging a home involves decorating every room right down to the window coverings and accessories, the best tent-sale bargains are for space-consuming pieces like tables, sofas and armoires. For further discounts, O’Donoghue said, look for the starburst on scratch-and-dent pieces.
