You may have tasted their barbecue served at events in Anthem by their catering business. Now Anthem neighbors David and Karyn Rosol are opening shop in the old Big Apple Bagel location near Ace Hardware. The couple has been in Anthem for five years and barbecuing competitively for three. (Yes, for some it's serious sport.) The menu at Q-to-U will include traditional favorites from ribs and pulled pork, plus salads and appetizers—including deep-fried mac and cheese.
