Listings of calendar events are free. Deadline is 10 a.m., 10 days prior to publication date. Space is limited. If it is critical for your event to get published, please consider submitting a classified ad.

Please note that In&Out will to edit edit listings for space, style and clarity.

  • Event title
  • Description of event
  • Venue
  • Date and Time
  • Price (or state that it's free)
  • Contact phone, email or web address where readers can get more information
  • Handicap access
  • Photos, if any; digital (jpeg format), continuous tone or film
Important Note about Photos
By submitting photographs, you acknowledge that you have the authority to grant publication rights to said photographs, and that you are the copyright owner of said photographs or that you have express consent from the photographer or copyright owner. People who are subjects of photographs must provide consent for publication of said photo. Such consent from subjects and/or copyright owners must be supplied in writing to In&Out before publication.

More about Photo submissions

Photos will make your listing stand out. In&Out accepts most types of photos.

Continuous Tone (Traditional photograph): Please write all caption information on the back of each photo identifying all persons who appear in the photo. If a photo credit is required, identify the photographer. Also, include where we should return the photo if you would like it back.
