Subway in the Safeway plaza is also getting a major facelift under the new ownership of Rick and Anna Hall of Anthem. The couple who bought the location in June said customers will find new wallpaper, tables, chairs, lights and counter tops. “Basically, we are remodeling everything. It will look like a brand new location,” Hall said.
The renovated sandwich shop will reopen the day after Christmas with free Wi-Fi for customers.
